This website is operated by Weaven LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “Weaven,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Weaven LLC. By visiting our website, purchasing from us, or using any part of our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms, conditions, policies, and notices referenced here or available by hyperlink.


Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not access the website or purchase products from Weaven.


  1. Online Store Terms


By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependent to use this website.


You may not use our products, website, content, or services for any illegal, unauthorized, infringing, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose. You may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including intellectual property laws, consumer protection laws, privacy laws, export laws, or online conduct laws.


A breach or violation of these Terms may result in termination or restriction of your access to our Services.


  1. Products and Product Use


Weaven products are designed as apparel and accessories with modular, interchangeable patch features. Our products may include small detachable components, including patches, hook-and-loop attachment materials, hangtags, packaging, labels, stickers, and related accessories.


Patches and small detachable components may present a choking hazard and are not intended for children under 3 years old. Weaven products are not toys. Customers are responsible for using all products as intended and following all product care, safety, washing, and use instructions provided on the website, product pages, packaging, hangtags, garment labels, and other materials.


Customers are responsible for ensuring patches are securely attached before wear and for removing any loose, damaged, detached, or worn-out patches from use.


Patches should be removed before washing unless otherwise stated. Do not iron directly on patches or attachment areas unless specifically instructed. Do not place patches or detachable components in the mouth. Keep detachable patches and small components away from young children and pets.


Failure to follow care, safety, washing, or use instructions may damage the product, create safety risks, and affect return eligibility.


  1. Product Information, Availability, and Accuracy


We make reasonable efforts to display product information, pricing, colors, sizes, images, descriptions, availability, measurements, and other content accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, pricing, inventory, availability, measurements, colors, sizing, or other content will be error-free, complete, current, or accurate.


Actual product colors, textures, fit, measurements, and appearance may vary due to photography, lighting, screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, fabric variation, patch production variation, washing, use, and normal wear.


All product measurements are approximate. Fit may vary depending on body type, garment style, fabric, washing, drying, and normal wear.


We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change or discontinue products, cancel orders, limit quantities, or refuse service if any information on the website is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unavailable, including after an order has been submitted.


  1. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation


Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, limit, or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, policy violations, unauthorized resale, suspected infringement, suspected bot activity, suspicious purchasing behavior, or other business reasons.


If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.


You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, returned packages, or additional costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.


  1. Pricing and Payment


Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, discounts, shipping rates, taxes, and product availability may change without notice.


You authorize Weaven LLC, Shopify, payment processors, and related service providers to process your payment information for the total amount of your order, including product price, shipping, taxes, and applicable fees.


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to involve payment fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized transactions, false information, or other suspicious activity.


  1. Shipping


Weaven currently sells and ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping through our online store.


Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, address issues, fulfillment volume, holidays, payment issues, inventory issues, or other events outside our control.


Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Weaven LLC is not responsible for delays, returned packages, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Weaven LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we may assist customers in reviewing available carrier information.


Risk of loss and title for products may pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier, to the fullest extent permitted by law.


If an order cannot be shipped within the stated or expected time frame, we may contact you with an updated shipping estimate, cancellation option, or refund option as required by applicable law.


  1. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges


Returns, refunds, exchanges, and final sale items are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. By purchasing from Weaven, you agree to the terms of our Return and Refund Policy.


Items must meet the return eligibility requirements stated in our Return and Refund Policy. Worn, washed, used, damaged, altered, incomplete, missing tags, missing packaging, or improperly handled items may not be eligible for return.


Patch bundles and detachable components may be returnable only if unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is due to our error.


  1. Intellectual Property


All content on this website, including but not limited to the Weaven name, Weaven Apparel name, logos, symbols, infinity logo, product names, product designs, product concepts, product images, patch designs, artwork, graphics, videos, text, packaging, labels, hangtags, layouts, website design, product descriptions, marketing materials, and related brand elements, is owned by or licensed to Weaven LLC and is protected by applicable trademark, copyright, trade dress, patent, unfair competition, and other intellectual property laws.


Weaven, Weaven Apparel, the Weaven logo, the infinity logo, and related brand identifiers may be trademarks, pending trademarks, or protected brand assets of Weaven LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, resale, imitation, or commercial use of any Weaven brand element, product design, website content, image, video, or material is strictly prohibited.


Certain Weaven products, systems, modular apparel features, interchangeable patch systems, attachment methods, packaging methods, hangtag features, and related concepts may be patent pending. No license or right is granted to copy, manufacture, sell, offer for sale, import, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any Weaven product, system, design, attachment method, patch system, packaging method, hangtag feature, or related concept.


You may not use Weaven content, images, videos, product listings, product descriptions, logos, patches, product concepts, website design, or branding for competing products, counterfeit products, resale listings, marketplace listings, advertisements, social media pages, or other commercial purposes without written permission from Weaven LLC.


Any unauthorized use of Weaven intellectual property may result in legal action.


  1. Patent Pending Notice


Certain Weaven products, designs, systems, features, methods, and concepts may be protected by pending patent applications. The term “patent pending” means that one or more patent applications may be pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office or other applicable authorities.


No rights are granted to copy, reproduce, manufacture, sell, offer for sale, import, distribute, modify, or create derivative products based on Weaven’s patent-pending products, systems, features, methods, or concepts.


  1. User Content, Reviews, and Social Media


If you submit reviews, photos, videos, comments, messages, testimonials, social media tags, feedback, suggestions, or other content to Weaven, you grant Weaven LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, display, publish, repost, modify, edit, and distribute that content for marketing, promotional, operational, and business purposes, unless prohibited by law.


You represent that any content you submit is owned by you or that you have the rights necessary to share it. You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, misleading, obscene, harassing, or harmful content.


We may remove, refuse, edit, or decline to display user content at our discretion.


  1. Prohibited Uses


You may not use our website, products, content, or services:

We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service to any person or entity suspected of unauthorized resale, counterfeiting, infringement, or competitive copying.

Weaven LLC shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, carrier delays, labor disputes, supply chain issues, manufacturing issues, internet outages, cyberattacks, payment processor issues, government action, emergencies, pandemics, war, civil unrest, or other events beyond our control.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
