Return Policy
We have a 11-day return policy, which means you have 11 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, apparel items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Patch bundles must be unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at support@weavenapparel.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@weavenapparel.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, or altered
- Patch bundles that have been used or removed from their original packaging
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
