This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the Weaven website. This website is operated by Weaven LLC.


Shipping Locations


Weaven currently ships within the United States only.


We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States may be unavailable, refused, or canceled.


Order Processing Time


Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page, during checkout, or in an order update.


Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


During launches, restocks, high-volume periods, or unexpected delays, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we may contact you by email.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates


Shipping rates and available shipping methods are shown at checkout.


Current shipping options may include:


Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–5 business days after processing.


Express Shipping: Estimated 1–2 business days after processing.


Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, address issues, holidays, fulfillment volume, payment issues, or other events outside our control.


Free Shipping


If free shipping is offered, it will apply only when the order meets the stated free shipping requirements at checkout.


Free shipping promotions may change, end, or be unavailable at any time unless otherwise stated.


Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking information after the label is created.


Shipping Address Responsibility


Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.


Weaven LLC is not responsible for delays, returned packages, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.


If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages


Weaven LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we may assist customers in reviewing available carrier information.


If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and the shipping carrier.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders


Please inspect your order when it arrives.


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@weavenapparel.com within 11 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.


Shipping Restrictions


Weaven products may include detachable patches or small components. Products are not toys and should be kept away from children under 3 years old.


We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit shipments where required by law, carrier restrictions, fraud prevention systems, payment issues, or Shopify platform restrictions.
